I think bringing gamers together for a common goal builds a community and makes it more fun for everyone along with less insults and hate over the chat and more helpful and encouraging chat. Great game but as mentioned above the lag makes it unplayable, we have to play practice matches instead of proper multiplayer. UK player with fibre broadband, console hardwired into the router. Both the amount of currency gained and rate at which you gain experience need to be tweaked.
Also, had some pretty big problems with lag despite everyone from what I was seeing having sub ms. And the host migration needs a ton of work. I had a pretty good time with it. In the past BLR was plagued with some very dodgy business practices that made it unappealing to play, particularly the sheer amount of things you had to buy in order to be competitive.
This is a lot better now, though, and even though you have to buy parts for guns individually, rather than unlocking them for every gun, I think overall it's cheaper in terms of both time and money, whichever you decide to spend than before. This is, off the top of my head, most expensive in GP to least expensive. Flame war. I have Have you tried a dmg bar? I agree it sucks to be instakilled by one but the spread is so bad that they will not be doing it from range like the amr.
The dmg bar is more of a midrange w nearly no close range advantages and very little ranged capabilities. Yes it will do full dmg at a long range but the spread makes it pure luck to hit the target even if your centered perfectly on them. This means that while it can often kill in one shot, that one shot is pretty much all you get, and you get decimated if they are too close. A dmg bar has very limited capabilities and I seriously doubt any noob will have the skill to aim fast enough while scoping because the aim spead is bad enough, but you can forget hip firing w ANY accuracy to get that one shot on target unless its a shot in the back which then you would probably be killed anyway.
So a cheap kill gun for a pro, maybe, but not a noob gun imo. I have tried it. I tried every weapon there is. So I dislike them due to their unrealism. Arma fans in a nutshell. Ok serious comment. The BAR does have a bad hit thing. But honestly its annoying in my opinion. Getting killed by it. Plus I just dont like sniping at all. I used to love it but its all about quickscoping and kills etc.
I used to play sniper camping at a good spot waiting for 10 minutes to get a kill. Those were the days I will respond after I get sleep. Element View Profile View Posts.
